Medicare Advantage Redesign
Solo mission. The whole team quit mid-project. I led the Medicare Advantage section redesign end-to-end, and delivered an 80% increase in digital plan enrollments.
Senior Primary Care Redesign
Reimagined the digital front door to Geisinger's senior-focused primary care program: from brochure page to conversion engine across web, email, social, and print.
Accessible Navigation Redesign
Rebuilt Geisinger.org's primary navigation to be fully keyboard and screen-reader accessible, meeting WCAG AA without compromising the visual design.
